2. I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I? What is the minimum order?
   Yes you can order a sample from our site.
   The minimum order is one pair, and you can order any quantity.

3. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
   We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.it about 2 day after we get your information of payment.

4. When and how can I tracking my order status?
   Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.

5. How do I contact you if I have a question?
   We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or via MSN.

6. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
   It base on which method to send,usually,takes 6 business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not include weekends.

7. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
   Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

8. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
   Yes. of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for two days. However, after two days, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

9.  pay fee and tax and sample order cost

our products shipping from china ,the price list in website including  shipping cost , but  when  you order , it total will add little for pay fee and sample order cost and tax fee.

10.how to order?

   you can choose any you want add in cart and checkout then  you can fill all your info,and then it will showing pay link,and you can  make the pay  payment,  when we got your order , we arrange it in one day, and give you tracking number in same day, about 7-9 days , you can get the pacakge.

11.what is the return policy?
    after you receive the package,if there will be something badly damaged or wrong,take pictures for that,we will reship the good when you next time order or return you half of products money,because if you send back cost much in shiping,it is not reasonable.

13.How would i know that  is safe and that i will receive my product?

14.how can i pay with credit card?
   when you checkout and showing pay website link, in the left part, it showing "Sign up for a pay account and continue checkout", please click continue checkout, and you can fill all your credit card info and make payment, otherwise, please  sign up an account in www.pay.com and then to pay.

15.What's your payment methods? and how can i pay?
    For now,we accept Western Union,T/T and pay, You can visit www.westernunion.com ,We will give you payment info, After you send the money,you will be given a receipt,in which you will see the MTCN (Money Transfer Control No.). Please tell me the MTCN.That will be OK.
